3. Post sale: When we provide a set of function normally system which meet your need, our post sale service just begin, we will train regular system administrator for you and provide technology consultation and technology support anytime, ensure that you can use our system freely if you aren’t professional.

Service Mode
1. Urgent: Arrive at the site in several hours(Within the other dividing-line)
2. Normal: arrive in 3 days or Arrive at the site according to the stipulations of contract
3. Customers in other province: mail the equipment to our company, we will repair in or reply 2 days after we receive the equipment.

Report System
When the customers have dissatisfaction with our service mode or attitude, they can use complain hotline service by calling, we ensure to treat your complain in three days, till you are satisfied. Our company’s service monitor has report incidents upgrade-system, which can ensure these unsolved problems will be sent rapidly to general manager.
